Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, but unfortunately, it got too warm for our comfort, and we had noisy neighbors. The service was friendly and helpful, but they could have provided more information about the facilities upon arrival. The location was fantastic, with easy access to key sites and great for running. The dining experience was mostly good, with high-quality local foods available. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were just too hot to sleep in, on the small side, and needed to be refreshed. The service was very attentive and helpful, with the exception of a minor issue at check-out. The location was excellent, especially being near Retiro Park and upscale designer shops, but the room temperature control was a hassle. The dining options were highlighted by the breakfast room, but the main restaurant was not of high quality. Overall, the hotel was good but had its drawbacks.
The hotel was not nice and had a bad smell, but there were enough pillows and towels for 3 people even though we were 4. Need more wall plugs in the rooms for charging multiple devices, and having coffee or tea making capability would be helpful for those who skip breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance from many attractions. The room was comfortable but a bit dark and poorly lit. The service was generally helpful but had some shortcomings at the reception. Dining was fantastic with a great variety of delicious options. The noisy pool area was a downside for relaxation.
The hotel is in a beautiful spot, with a tired décor that really needed redecorating. The living space with a desk area was fabulous, and it's conveniently located within easy walking distance to many attractions, next door to the hop-on-and-off bus. The rooms are spotless and beautiful, with good hairdryers provided. The pool area and spa are lovely.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nicely sized and included every amenity you could want, but the lack of a bathtub or bidet in a 5-star hotel was disappointing. It was a quiet experience overall, but unfortunately, we were next to some really noisy people who disrupted our sleep with shouting and loud music in the early hours.
